Our approach to estimation involves careful analysis to determine the number of hours it would take our most efficient draftsman to produce shop drawings for the project. The amount of hours required is determined by the complexity of the project and the completeness of the architectural drawings provided. According to feedback from our clients, the total drafting cost for your project will fall between 0.6% and 2% of your contract amount on average when working with us.

After work has commenced, the price you received will not change unless the scope changes or you request additional work.
